How to save fitness clips on iPhone
- Copy the post linkIn the X app, open the post with the video, tap the Share icon under the post and choose “Copy link”.

Which quality to choose
720p is enough for most fitness clips on a phone; choose 1080p when details like colours and textures matter.

Where the files go on iPhone
Safari saves downloads to the Files app, in iCloud Drive › Downloads (or On My iPhone › Downloads if iCloud Drive is off).
To move a video to the Photos app, open it in Files, tap Share and choose “Save Video”. It then appears in your Camera Roll like any recording.
