How to save history clips on iPhone
- Copy the post linkIn the X app, open the post with the video, tap the Share icon under the post and choose “Copy link”.

Which quality to choose
720p is plenty for most talking-head lessons; choose 1080p when the clip shows code, slides or small text.
On a phone, 720p is usually the sweet spot: sharp on a 6-inch screen and roughly half the size of 1080p.
Where the files go on iPhone
Safari saves downloads to the Files app, in iCloud Drive › Downloads (or On My iPhone › Downloads if iCloud Drive is off).
To move a video to the Photos app, open it in Files, tap Share and choose “Save Video”. It then appears in your Camera Roll like any recording.
