Which quality to choose
Choose 1080p. Line work, textures and colour gradients need resolution to be useful as reference.

Where the files go on iPhone
Safari saves downloads to the Files app, in iCloud Drive › Downloads (or On My iPhone › Downloads if iCloud Drive is off).
To move a video to the Photos app, open it in Files, tap Share and choose “Save Video”. It then appears in your Camera Roll like any recording.
